What is the recommended dosage?
Adults can take one (1) capsule with a meal and water.
Is 100mg of CoQ10 too much?
A dose between 30mg to 100mg up to 3 times per day is effective.
Up to 3 capsules per day are recommended, however, if you are taking Blood Thinners any dose above 100 mg of CoQ10 requires consultation with a health care practitioner prior to use.
What are the safety precautions?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking blood pressure medication consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
